Meet Julie

Julie Kanapaux, Kan Kan Studios

"Our perception of space forms our experience. My artwork expresses the connecting thread that both unifies and separates that space. Beginning as intuitive and expressive organic forms, the imagery seeks to extrude order and balance from natural chaos."

Kan Kan Studios, LLC is led by renowned artist and owner Julie Kanapaux. Her unique fusion of graphic and fine art has produced inspiring works that tie physical spaces together and promote creativity.

Kanapaux earned a Bachelor of Fine Art in Painting with a Minor in Photography at the Ringling College of Art and Design, in Sarasota, Florida, where she was a Trustee Scholar and the recipient of the school’s prestigious Presidential Sculpture Award.
