PURCHASING QUESTIONS

What happens when I purchase art online?
You will receive confirmation from Kan Kan Studios regarding the order. Most original artwork is shipped with insurance within five business days of purchase. Prints are custom made to order; please allow two to four weeks for fabrication and delivery.

How can I commission a custom artwork?
We will schedule a meeting in person or remotely to discuss the project and better understand the space for the work. You will work directly with me to approve sketches and/or renderings of the art commissioned. Once completed, the artwork will be delivered or shipped to your home or business. Schedule a consultation!

How much does a commission cost?
Custom artwork can vary in price depending on the size and materials of the work. Contact us for a quote.

Can I return artwork?
Of course. Artwork can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Contact me at hello@kankanstudios.com.

How is my artwork shipped?
Artwork is always shipped with love and care. Most original artwork is shipped with insurance within five business days of purchase. Depending on the size of the piece, shipping times may vary. You will be updated with all relevant shipping information.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do! Contact me for a quote.

OTHER QUESTIONS

Do you offer framing?
Custom framing for any artwork can be requested at an additional charge. Original fine art pieces that are already framed will be indicated in the item description. If you see something that you’d like framed, or if you’d like to request alternative framing, please contact me at hello@kankanstudios.com.

Who is the artist?
All original and custom artwork is created by artist Julie Kanapaux.
